A FEW NOTABLE ESTATES

Notable estates listed include **Adron Homes (Elerangbe), Aina Gold Estate (Okun-Folu), Diamond Estate (Eputu), Prime Water View Garden (Ikate Elegushi), and Royal View Estate (Ikota)**.

Developers have **21 days to submit layout approval documents** at the Ministry’s office in Alausa, Ikeja. The ministry reiterated its mandate to ensure **orderly urban planning**, urging all developers to **register with LASRERA** for compliance and proper regulation.
